What if there's a problem with my delivery?
First, check the tracking of your delivery using the link provided to you in the confirmation email or through your account portal. If that doesn't do the trick, email us at email@example.com.
Can I change the delivery address, after placing an order?
Deliveroo aims to ensure that your products are delivered in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. Our commitment to overnight delivery means that orders are picked within an hour of being made and there may be fees involved if there are changes to your order. If you make changes to your order and it has not yet been picked, there will be no fees. If you make changes to your order, and it has been picked but not delivered, there will be a $5 +GST charge for each carton. If you make changes to your order, and it has been picked and delivered, there will be a $5 +GST charge for each carton and the cost to freight back. You may choose to drop your order off at one of our warehouses to avoid the freight back. If you'd like to discuss this further, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
The product is not right for me – what do I do?
If you'd like to return something, please call our Care team at 1300 246 725 or email at email@example.com with your PO# or Invoice # on hand. Our comprehensive returns policy is on our 'Delivery & Returns' page.

What payment do you accept?
