Delivery
What are my delivery options?

What if there's a problem with my delivery?
First, check the tracking of your delivery using the link provided to you in the confirmation email or through your account portal. If that doesn't do the trick, email us at care@biopak.com.sg.
Can I change the delivery address, after placing an order?
Deliveroo aims to ensure that your products are delivered in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. Our commitment to overnight delivery means that orders are picked within an hour of being made and there may be fees involved if there are changes to your order. If you make changes to your order and it has not yet been picked, there will be no fees. If you make changes to your order, and it has been picked but not delivered, there will be a S$5 +GST charge for each carton. If you make changes to your order, and it has been picked and delivered, there will be a S$5 +GST charge for each carton and the cost to freight back. You may choose to drop your order off at one of our warehouses to avoid the freight back. If you'd like to discuss this further, please email care@biopak.com.sg.
Returns
The product is not right for me – what do I do?
If you'd like to return something, please email our customer support team at care@biopak.com.sg with your PO# or Invoice # on hand. Our comprehensive returns policy is on our 'Delivery & Returns' page.
I received the wrong goods – what do I do?
Simply email our Care team at care@biopak.com.sg with your PO# or Invoice # on hand and we'll be happy to help.
Payments
What payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit card providers, including American Express, Visa and Mastercard.
Storing of credit card details
You can securely store your card details within the checkout process for simplified and streamlined shopping experience next time.

We certainly do – and we'd love to work with you. Our experienced BioPak Design Team will help you with R&D, concept creation and rendering, prototyping, technical drawings, all the way through to manufacture and delivery.
