A cup with a cause. Purchasing the 8oz Indigenous double wall cups directly supports CorporateConnect.AB's work assisting Indigenous youth. Paper BioCups are lined with a plant-based bioplastic. This cup is printed kraft-look. This 8oz double wall cup fits our small lids.
Copy on the back of these coffee takeaway cups reads: "250 Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Languages were spoken by Indigenous Australians before European settlement, but only about 60 are in use today."
Our first artist in this series is Keith Brown who was born 1948 in Guyra, NSW. His father is from the Ngarabal language group and mother from Biripai language group. His work is inspired by the colours, contours and textures of the land in the north-west and western parts of NSW where he spent his youth.
BioCup double wall disposable coffee cups are designed with an extra layer of paperboard and a textured pattern for additional insulation to protect consumers. Double wall takeaway coffee cups are a more economical and eco-friendly solution than double-cupping extra-hot drinks like teas and long blacks.
They are designed to be commercially composted as part of the circular economy. They are certified industrially compostable to Australian standards (AS4736) and European standards (EN13432).
These paper cups are made from premium paperboard and lined with Ingeo™ – a bioplastic made from plants, not oil. We use a heavy-duty, premium quality board giving our paper cups superior stability, better lid fit and insulation.
They are printed with non-toxic, environmentally-friendly water or soy-based inks.
Our takeaway coffee cups and lids have a 12-month shelf life.
Want to customise your own coffee cups? Custom paper cups are our speciality! We offer free printing for orders above 50,000 units/size.
Clear and accurate data is essential to understanding our impact on the environment and finding solutions to reduce it. The label below shows how a carton of this product impacts our planet. As a leader in sustainable packaging, this label is our way of being transparent, accountable, and committed to combating greenwashing.
The eco-cost below, calculated per carton, offers our customers a straightforward metric to understand and compare the environmental impacts of our products. Please note that it is not a hidden or added fee to the product's market price.
The eco-cost is independently calculated across four categories – biodiversity loss, effects on human health, material scarcity, as well as the more standard carbon emissions. BioPak utilises this data to identify areas with the greatest potential for environmental impact reduction, it is our job to reduce the eco-cost and your impact.
